Standard Returns Policy
Cheaper Packaging Returns Policy.
- Customers have the right to return goods at any time up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
- Customers need to send the products back to us at their own cost, unused and undamaged with their original packaging.
- Goods must be returned in full pack quantities, we cannot offer any refunds if a partial pack quantity is returned.
- If all of the above points are adhered to, we would look to issue a full refund for the products returned within 2 days of receiving the returned item/s.
