Delivery Policy
Standard delivery policy
Our standard delivery policy covers most of the UK with the exception of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and all Islands within the UK. (Please contact us for an accurate quote to these areas).
- We aim to dispatch same day if ordered before Midday
- We will dispatch within 1 business day of taking your order
- We use DHL's next day parcel service for standard orders
- DHL aim to deliver within 24 hours of collecting the parcel
- DHL aim to deliver larger products within 48 hours
- Some postcodes DHL will aim to deliver within a 48 hours
- Our couriers only collect Monday to Friday
- Postage charges increase for larger items
For larger products additional postage charges may apply. We will contact you directly if your order exceeds the 0.14 cubic meter limit for standard postage. Items that are over 600mm on any side are usually subject to additional postage charges. These charges will vary dependent on the other items you purchase at the same time. If in doubt, you can contact us directly for an accurate postage quote.
Calculating Postage
You can combine your purchases up to 30kg (or 0.14 cubic meter) for the basic £6.50 + VAT. If your order is larger than this, we automatically calculate your postage cost for your order accordingly.
Pallet Orders
All orders sent out by pallet are usually sent on a standard 3-5 day delivery service. We will dispatch within 1 working day of receiving your order. If you require a pallet delivering next day, we can do this for an additional fee. Please ring for an accurate quote to your delivery postcode. If you require a pallet delivering next day, we can do this for an additional fee.
International Delivery Policy
We can deliver abroad but please contact us for an accurate quote before ordering.
